Oh this has been a while..sorry for not replying.

By personalization I mean one of the two big changes most people in the search industry see coming: 1)universal search 2)personalization..of course you never know whats really gonna happen, but those are the two things that Google seems to plan.

You might want to google ehh search :-) for it, I think Matt Cutts has talked about it, too.

EDIT: wow, just realized it's called 'belated' not 'belayed' (which I used to think but makes obviously less sense than belated)..still not sure whether I can use it with merry christmas, too hehe
