Hi all,
We have various support channels for our Russian and English speaking clients but I'd really like to consolidate this into one ticket system that can handle them all. So I'd need a system that: 1) Lets the visitor choose their language upon arrival 2) OS (we may need to hack it) 3) Lets us set language by IP but see point 2 above ![]() 4) Lets us translate a language file not spend hours messing around in the code 5) Manages to multilingual email (UTF) for ticket updates Anyone got any suggestions? So far I've found OTRS (http://otrs.org) which looks pretty good but thought some of you may have dealt with this problem already. Ta
