I had promoted our website, Antique Shop UK - Antique Tables - Antique Chairs - Antique Chest Of Drawers - Antique Oak Furniture where all the keywords are in Google 1-10 position, for all keywords its ranking is superb, but the problem is when visitors visit this site they don’t post any enquiry for purchasing products.

Where the other site Antiques - Antiques UK - Antique Shop - Antiques Centre - Antique Decorative Painted Furniture - Tudor Rose Antiques Centre, Petworth, Sussex, Surrey, London they have also well rank in Google, and here per day 3- 4 enquiries posted for purchasing products.

Both are antique websites, but as per SEO I can’t understand what the problem with antique oak where ranking is better than next one.

Please discuss with me my SEO friend and let me know what the solution is.

Hi Ani,
judging from what you have told us, I would say this is mainly a usability issue. In fact the 1st website is not very appealing in terms of colour scheme - that blue is just too strong for anyone from my point of view. I think that is a major draw back.

But you need to go further than that and use some sort of analytics to understand just what users are doing when they reach your site - typically Google analytics for a free evaluation of ask yoru SEO for some more in depth analysis with tools such as clicktracks.
