In French there are two words for cat: chat (masculin) and chatte (feminine).
At least those are the two that I know of and that the online dictionary shows me. If you do a search for chat or chats you'll get but chatrooms. If you do a search for chatte or chattes, you'll see but porn sites (Ill spare you the second meaning of chatte if you dont know it anyways). Now, I understand why some people at Google think personalization could help! (though the question whether it does more good than bad would still remain) |

And think that Google may be developping image based search ...

The problem here is that french people call Chat and they mean the english verb to chat
On Google, I think it's better thanks to it's safe search Algorithm! Because, before I remember that I've found only Porn pictures when I was looking for Chicken on Googles Images !!! What do you mean by Personalization ? Co-op projects? Or SERP Feedbacks ? Serp Feedbacks are present only on Searchmash ! |

Oh this has been a while..sorry for not replying.
By personalization I mean one of the two big changes most people in the search industry see coming: 1)universal search 2)personalization..of course you never know whats really gonna happen, but those are the two things that Google seems to plan. You might want to google ehh search :-) for it, I think Matt Cutts has talked about it, too. And merry belated christmas to everyone! EDIT: wow, just realized it's called 'belated' not 'belayed' (which I used to think but makes obviously less sense than belated)..still not sure whether I can use it with merry christmas, too hehe |
