Hi JohnSupport,
I'd be careful ... their 1 page website is not very useful or helpful in providing information. It's writtee pretty poorly, and there are some points that I just don't understand.
The botton line is that Alexa rate provides metrics about how your site is performing according to arbitrary criteria and could not be correlated to your websites performance: let's say, for the sake of this converation that the Alexa rate underwent a drastic change and they decided to better rank your site if you have the phot of a monkey on your home page - would that make any difference to you ?? Not really. The only metrics you can really count on are your statistics and/or web analycs: Number of unique visitors (or browsers) and keywords used to find your site - end of story IMHO.
