Google PR update Oct 2007
The Google PR update has happened and I have found that most of the sites have lost PR.There are very few sites who have been able to retain their old PR.Some new sites have now PR ranging from 1 to 3 but many of the old ones have lost on PR.So guys what do you think about this PR update.

From what I can see (and what I have read it's far more complicated than that - there is a renewed and more aggressive activity to fish out and punish those not following the Google Terms of Service, i.e. selling links
This is yet another signal to "persuade" people they shouldn't engage in such commerce ...

I think we should always bear in mind that Google's public page rank is updated much less frequently than their own internal version. Also, Google has a much higher degree of sensitivity internally than the rest of the world gets to see!

Yea i think for the year 2008 p.r starts updating mine increase from 2 - 3 ...

My website did not get any change in PR ranking ..

Google first time updated page rank very brutally and in very short time. I think 3 times my sites pr increased and decreased. Pr updation happened in between round about 15 or 20 days. First my sites pr was increased than decreased and than turn in to its normal previous condition.
 . I afraid from google. Google is a nightmare of my dreams.

Even my sites' page rank down in last Google Page Rank updates. Google change its Page Rank algorithm. May be your site's valued backlinks decreased or some another changes wud responsible for low PR.
