well you're asking quite a bit of us ... I did take a quick look at your website and there is one thing IMO that stands out like a sore thumb: Your linking strategy - it's completely wrong.

You deal with in software development and outsourcing of web projects are trading links with people in the real estate business, automotive, and baby items just to name a few - this isn't the way to go.

Clean up your act, find websites that are in lines of business similar to yours and and try to interact with them. It's useless to collect all kind of links from around the web.

I think that's the first and most important issue here - then you can go on to look at other areas both on and off site

Do the link building method such as

Article Submissions
Sig in forums/be a member
Web Directory Submissions
Press Release
Group Posting
Others.

Try to keep your content keyword rich, unique and useful ,this way Google and other Search Engines would find it useful hence resulting in good search result ranking.

Try to participate in blogs and forums.. Do some article submissions, press releases, classified ads, etc.. Be sure to submit your URL to relevant sites..

Short but useful guidelines..
