Not even a year has passed since Google shut down the "Google Answers" service, and they already decide to give it another chance. Google is launching a questions and answer system, same logic with Google Answers but this time with improved interface. By the way, if the interface looks a bit familiar maybe you should check the already existing application by Yahoo...

Well, the main difference between new "Google Answers" and old one is that new one is free. And it's free only for Russia, this kind of free service is not even available to English users.
At the moment there exist similar free service from Mail.ru, so Google didn't had much chose but to make "Google Answers" free as well.
