Default Local domain names on Google

Hi
Google doesn't provide Website localization for local Domain names in Google Webmaster Central Panel !
So if you are using .fr / .de / .us / .be ... You wouldn't be able to target a subfolder to a specific area

Ex : http://www.yourwebsite.fr/en can't be targeted to US or UK visitors.
Google and Live (the New Bing) are automatically targeting french visitors !

Some websites can't provide multidomain content ! So, what are you doing in a such case ?

thanks
