We've had an enquiry for companies to offer just proxy hosting in 15 countries. Is there a single company offering this service?

Sorry Andy I am not sure that you can find that, but there is a network of independent hosting companies that you might be able to use and I know that there is a company that offers hosting in all of the Nordic countries. There are to the best of knowledege no companies that provide this solution, that is "proxy hosting in 15 countries". Google it and find them manually, are you talking reverse proxy or?

I have gone through lots of searching but I am still unable to find a single company offering proxy hosting in 15 or even say more than 10 companies!

well the problem is that to do this you need to rent 10 or 15 servers, which is not cheap...
