Hello,

For a good host in the US, I'd recommend Dreamhost.
Currently they offer unlimited bandwidth and disk space - and you can host any number of domains on your account. You get 1 .com domain for free, the rest you can register either through Dreamhost, or GoDaddy or anywhere else and easily point to your account. Basically the more sites/domains you are running, the more cost effective they are. Support is great. I've been using them for over 4 years for personal use and never had any problems whatsoever. I'd only recommend this for personal use and small to medium businesses. For professional/large business use or sensitive data I would however recommend you don't go for shared hosting at all and look for a dedicated server. This however, does come with a price tag. |

You are right. namecheap.com has a lot of cheaper domain another cheaper is name.com. I have an account to both and I can say it's OK. I don't have any problem so far.
