TRACKING SPECIALIST

The purpose of this role is to be involved in all aspects of Search Engine Tracking within SEO campaigns.


Tasks

• Understand clients website tracking objectives
• Investigate client website to understand the tracking potential
• Brief internal teams on the tracking potential of a clients’ site
• Setting up and managing tracking accounts
• Creating tracking plans for a clients website and in line with tracking objectives
• Maintain and develop tracking templates, processes and internal service
• Regular internal tracking reviews/reporting for client projects
• Researching competitor tracking methods and reporting finding on a regular basis
• Developing an internal training/tracking awareness workshop and materials
• Working with internal development team to ensure tracking objectives can be met


Skills:
• Basic Javascript (E)
• HTML Hard Coding (E)
• PHP (D)
• Use of editors such as notepad (D)
• Dreamweaver (D)
• Content management system experience (D)
